Representative Joe Cloud informed me that he has tested positive for the COVID-19 virus. I continue to pray for a speedy recovery for our members and all Arkansans affected by this virus.

The House is working with the Arkansas Department of Health to complete the contact tracing process. It remains our plan to resume Pre-Session Budget Hearings next week with remote voting options made available for members who cannot attend in person.
