There were 320 new cases and 9 deaths reported at today’s COVID-19 daily update. Hospitalizations have decreased by 34 since yesterday. There were only three counties with more than 20 new cases. Pulaski County is reporting 46 new cases. Faulkner County has 36 new cases. Poinsett County has 23 new cases. Today is the first day back to school for many Arkansas students. In-person and online classes are being held. Although the rate of positive cases has gone down, the governor reminded everyone that masks and social distancing will be the new normal until we get a vaccine.
