•Of the 473 cases of COVID-19 in Arkansas, 73 are health care workers.
•There are 62 people currently hospitalized and 21 on ventilators.
•There are now 5 nursing homes in the state with confirmed COVID-19 cases.
•House and Senate leadership voted to approve $45 million from the recently created COVID-19 Rainy Day Fund for additional purchases of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ventilators.
•The Governor announced that Arkansas will be receiving $1.25 billion in federal funds between now and December 30 for COVID-19 related costs. The Governor has appointed a 15 member steering committee to guide recommendations for spending.
•Arkansas State Parks continue to remain open but remind guests to practice social distancing. The agency has closed lodges, visitor centers, museums and is limiting camping to RVs.
