On Thursday, the House Judiciary Committee advanced HB1067. This bill provides civil immunity to a federal firearms licensee who agrees to hold a firearm for an individual.
The House voted in favor of HB1135. This bill amends the law concerning the fee for issuance of a digitized driver’s license or digitized identification card by removing a mandatory $10 fee and expanding the service to include identification cards.
And the House passed HB1085. This bill amends the Arkansas Brighter Future Fund Plan Act, allowing funds from the tax-deferred tuition savings program to be rolled over into a Roth individual retirement account (IRA).
