The House began with a moment of silence for the people of Ukraine and for the Arkansas corrections officer who was killed in the line of duty Monday morning.

The House passed two resolutions on Monday. 

HCR1001 encourages innovation and development of value chain bio-security technologies in Arkansas.

HR1033 encourages the General Assembly to address issues of oversight regarding mental healthcare service providers that contract with the state.
