About Rep. Holcomb

Rep. Mike Holcomb is serving his 7th term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 93 which includes a portion of Jefferson, Cleveland, Lincoln, and Drew Counties. 

For the 95th General Assembly, Rep. Holcomb serves as the Chair of the House Public Transportation Committee. He also serves on the House City, County, and Local Affairs Committee and the Joint Budget Committee. 

Rep. Holcomb serves on the Southern Legislative Council Transportation Committee.

In 2018, he received the Outstanding Legislator Award from the Arkansas Municipal League and the Arkansas State Chamber.

Rep. Holcomb attended Southern Baptist College. He has spent 28 years in public education as a teacher and administrator

He is a former Jefferson County Judge and previously served on the Jefferson County Quorum Court.
