Rep. Andrew Collins is the House Minority Leader serving his fourth term in the Arkansas House. He represents District 73, which runs from Riverdale to Pinnacle and covers much of north and west Little Rock.
For the 95th General Assembly, Rep. Collins serves on the House Judiciary Committee, the House State Agencies and Governmental Affairs Committee, the House Advanced Communications and Information Technology Committee, the Joint Budget Committee, and the Arkansas Legislative Council. He is vice chair of the Charitable, Penal, and Correctional Institutions Subcommittee and the State Agencies and Reorganization Subcommittee.
Rep. Collins is a commissioner of the Arkansas Access to Justice Commission and a member of the National Conference of State Legislatures Task Force on Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, and Privacy.
Rep. Collins is an attorney who works in real estate for Cypress Properties. After graduating from Duke University and Columbia Law School, he moved back to his hometown of Little Rock, where he lives with his wife and three children.
