About Rep. Richmond

Rep. Marcus Richmond is serving his fifth term in the Arkansas House. He represents District 52 which includes portions of Scott, Yell, and Sebastian counties

For the 94th General Assembly, Rep. Richmond serves on the House Judiciary Committee and the House State Agencies and Governmental Affairs Committee. Rep. Richmond also serves on the Joint Budget Committee. 

For the 90^th General Assembly, he served as the 4^th Caucus District Assistant Pro Tempore. 

Rep. Richmond earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from Arkansas Tech University. He is currently the President/CEO of America’s Pet Registry Inc.

He enjoys hunting, fishing, and beekeeping. He is a father of two and currently resides in Harvey with his wife, Susan.
