About Rep. Richmond

Rep. Marcus Richmond is serving his 6th term in the Arkansas House. He represents District 52 which includes portions of Scott, Yell, and Sebastian counties

For the 95th General Assembly, Rep. Richmond serves on the House Public Transportation Committee and the House Agriculture, Forestry, and Economic Development Committee. Rep. Richmond also serves on the Joint Budget Committee. 

For the 90th General Assembly, he served as the 4th Caucus District Assistant Pro Tempore. 

Rep. Richmond earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Education from Arkansas Tech University. He is currently the President/CEO of America’s Pet Registry Inc.

He enjoys hunting, fishing, and beekeeping. He is a father of two and currently resides in Harvey with his wife, Susan.
