Rep. Jon Milligan is serving his third term in the Arkansas House. He represents District 33 which includes a portion of Craighead and Mississippi County.
For the 95th General Assembly, Rep. Milligan serves as Vice-Chair of the House Public Transportation Committee. He also serves on the House City, County, and Local Affairs Committee and the Joint Budget Committee.
