Rep. Clowney is serving her fourth term in the Arkansas House. She represents District 21 which includes portions of Washington County.
For the 95th General Assembly, Rep. Clowney serves on the House Judiciary Committee and the House State Agencies and Governmental Affairs Committee. Rep. Clowney also serves on the Joint Budget Committee.
Rep. Clowney is a teacher at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in classics from the University of Chicago and a Juris Doctorate from Yale University. She lives in Fayetteville with her husband and two children.
