About Rep. Carr

Rep. John P. Carr is Serving his third term in the Arkansas House. He represents District 15 which includes a portion of Benton County. 

For the 95th General Assembly, Rep. Carr serves on the House Revenue and Taxation Committee and the House State Agencies and Governmental Affairs Committee. 

He attended the University of Missouri at Columbia, earning a B.S. in Computer Engineering, and later attended the University of Arkansas Executive MBA program to become a Certified Project Management Professional.
