Rep. Richard Womack is serving his second term in the Arkansas House of Representatives. He represents District 18, which includes portions of Clark, Dallas, Hot Springs, and Garland Counties.
During the 90th General Assembly, Rep. Womack will serve on the committee for Public Health, Welfare and Labor, and the Joint Budget Committee. He will also serve as Vice Chair of the committee for State Agencies and Governmental Affairs.
During the 89th General Assembly, Rep. Womack served on the City, County and Local Affairs Committee and the Public Health, Welfare and Labor Committee.
Rep. Womack graduated from Benton High school and earned his degree from Ouachita Baptist University.
He owns a paint and construction firm and in his free time enjoys archery, hunting and fishing.
He is the father of 7 children ranging in ages 4 to 14.
